Aged in 50% French oak barrels. The rich body has muted undertones of lavender and violet with a deep ruby color.
2006 Cabernet Sauvignon

The grapes were harvested in September 2004 from Halter Ranch Vineyards. We used 40% new French oak barrels and 60% seasoned barrels. The wine aged in barrels for 22 months. The first taste is of ripe cherries with a smooth chocolate finish.
